"Wonderful"
Great breakfast, and great to be so close to public transport, and close plenty of eateries to suit all tastes, as well as the shops at Seholme Village.A very comfortable stay, enhanced by the warm and welcoming staff.

I expected to arrive around 10pm, however, due to I-5 closure could make it only by 2am. Receptionist was very kind and even proposed to arrange late check out. The room was clean and quiet. After checking out I was allowed to leave my car on hotel's parking for a few additional hours at no charge. I really appreciated staff and facilities.

I am not sure there is a ton we liked. the guy at the front desk was really nice, and positive, and I guess you can say there was a good amount of parking, especially out back. Could have been good with weather, since the rooms are inside but being inside is almost a negative considering.

Very nice and welcoming staff at reception. Waffles for breakfast. Good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Room was as expected - looked like on the pictures

Front desk staff was wonderful, went above and beyond for us. The room was very clean, cozy, bathroom amenities were excellent, everything was easy to use. I didn't realize there was a spa, and will have to take advantage of that next visit!

We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, as we were in Bellingham to visit our daughter, and she fed us; however, we appreciated knowing it was an option. More than that, we appreciated the cleanliness of the room, including the bathroom, and the general lack of disturbances—no noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is centrally located to WWU, close to the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The hotel was reasonable for a budget place.
